Which is the warranty period for the products?
The warranty period for the products is from 1 to 2 years, depending on the type of product.
What does the warranty cover?
The Bebe Stars company, with the warranty it provides, undertakes to cover free of charge any manufacturing defect and to repair or replace defective parts of the safety product.
Is the warranty valid from the date of order or receipt?
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product which is indicated on the receipt or invoice.
How can I activate the warranty if the product has a problem?
If the product has a problem, you should contact the store where the purchase was made to inform you about the procedure they follow. In case you need to speak directly with our company, you should contact the service department via e-mail [email protected], where you will provide your name, contact number, product code, and problem description. Your e-mail should be accompanied by an attached photo or video showing the problem as well as the proof of purchase or invoice for the product.
What documents do I need to make use of the warranty?
Proof of purchase or invoice is required as well as a completed repair/return form. The repair/return of the product is ONLY done after contacting the company's service department, otherwise the goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Who bears the shipping costs for repair?
In case of damage, the product to be repaired is delivered to the store where the purchase was made, accompanied by its warranty. The company will arrange for the shipment of the appropriate spare part after contacting the store. The costs of transporting it to the company for repair that is not due to a manufacturing defect are borne by the buyer.
In which cases does the warranty cease to be valid?
The warranty loses its validity if you modify the purchase date, if there is intervention by an unauthorized technician of the company or if the product is damaged due to failure to comply with the assembly rules that accompany the product. The warranty also expires if the product suffers damage from use, destruction for which the buyer is responsible, damage from incorrect use of the product, humidity, falling, voltage drop or any other external factor. Repair in the above cases is at the buyer's expense.
Will my product be repaired or replaced with a new one?
Once the company's service department receives the product with a problem and checks it, it will inform the customer whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
SPARE PARTS
How long will spare parts for my product be available?
For products that are in circulation, their spare parts are available. In the event of product discontinuation, their spare parts remain available for 3 years or until stocks run out.
Which is the delivery time for a spare part?
If the spare part you request is available, it will be shipped to you within 1 to 4 business days.
Can I be informed about the availability of a spare part that is not in stock?
You can inquire about the availability of a spare part that is not in stock from the service department, which will give you an approximate date and will inform you again as soon as it is available.
Can I buy the replacement part and install it myself?
Of course, you can install the spare part yourself only in cases where the service department determines that there is no reason to send the product to the company for repair.
Which is the labor cost to replace a part?
Our company does not charge the customer an additional fee for the repair work, the customer only pays for the spare part. Labor costs are charged only in special cases where the problem requires the disassembly of all mechanical parts of the product or in cases of general service of the product.
How can I find the right spare part for my model?
To find the correct spare part, you must report the product you have to the service department via e-mail based on its listed code or if you do not know it, send a photo of the product.
Is it possible to return a spare part if it does not fit?
Of course you can return the part you purchased and we will issue a refund. You will only be charged shipping costs in case the wrong part was requested.
